Renewing NWEA Schools

<120 MAP Growth Licenses Schools with fewer than 120 MAP Growth enrollments will renew through and be billed by WELS CLS. This includes professional learning. MAP testing fees should be paid with other applicable CLS fees starting September 1. NWEA has gone to a 120 license minimum fee, so WELS is bundling the schools with less than the minimum to provide the same WELS discount afforded to the larger schools meeting NWEA’s minimum. 120+ MAP Growth Licenses Schools who are at or above 120 MAP Growth enrollments will continue to renew through and be directly billed by NWEA at WELS Pricing. Professional Learning continues to be available through NWEA as well . Please contact [email protected] at NWEA with any questions.

New NWEA Schools
WELS schools that are new to MAP Growth will follow NWEA’s mandatory enrollment processes. They will have the benefit of renewing under the minimum licensing (120) and be provided with the WELS pricing, but will be required to purchase standard professional learning offerings individually that all new enrollments are also required to purchase. This includes a MAP Basics session as well as two Applying Reports sessions. These are a one time cost in the first year.
